Warm-up

Cool-down

2 minute couch stretch, each side 2 minute cobra stretch 1 minute calf stretch, each side 1 minute banded lat stretch, each side

Scaling Notes

  • Intermediate: 115 / 75 lbs, sub abmat sit-ups for GHD if needed.
  • Beginner: 95 / 65 lbs, reduce GHD reps by half, full ROM over speed.
  • Stimulus: Each minute should be challenging but completable — the load and sit-up volume shift as the round count climbs.
  • Score: Post total clean & jerks completed, plus any minutes you failed to finish, in the comments below.
